I learned two key insights from this practice. First, when stitching at a distance from the edge, the toy becomes noticeably smaller after being turned inside out. Second, in narrower sections, distributing cotton filling evenly proves challenging—the stuffing tends to migrate toward larger areas, making the narrow sections even thinner. To address these issues, I need to make allowances during the design and cutting stages before my next attempt. This will ensure the finished piece maintains the desired volume after turning. Additionally, I must consider not only the turning process but also identify any potential weak points or problematic areas in the design.
